I'm not sure yet if scheduled transactions should have their own menu-entry or just be managed like a regular transaction in the account view.

Also, I'm not sure if they deserve their own table.

I'm thinking of handling scheduled transactions automatically in the budget. They could all either be merged under a 'scheduled transactions' category and just auto-budgeted or each have their corresponding categories and money assigned to those.
